Acceptance of terms

By using uihive.agency or hiring UiHive, you agree to these terms & conditions.

You need to provide true and correct information when you send an inquiry, fill in the contact form or book a discovery call.

Our services

UiHive provides brand identity design, UI/UX design and web development using Framer, Webflow, WordPress and custom code. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are listed in the proposal we send you.

Project start and scope

A project starts only after you accept the proposal and pay the first milestone.

Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we begin.

Payments

Payments are made in milestones as stated in the proposal. We accept bank transfer, PayPal and other third-party payment services. Fees charged by these services are paid by the client.

Timeline and revisions

To deliver on schedule, we need your content, feedback and approvals on time. If these are delayed, the project timeline may move by the same amount of time.

Each project includes the number of revision rounds written in the proposal. Additional revisions or major changes after approval may cost extra.

Assets and licenses

Images, fonts and other assets shown in our portfolio or demo previews are for presentation only. Third-party assets are licensed separately, and you are responsible for the licenses of any content you supply.

Ownership and portfolio

After the final payment is received, you own the final deliverables made for your project.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio, case studies and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Support after launch

If you face any problem after launch, contact us through our contact page or at uihive.agency@gmail.com. We fix bugs found in our work within the support period stated in your proposal.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will work with you on a fair refund for the part not delivered.

Changes to these terms

We have the right to change these terms & conditions, our services, packages, prices or features at any time. Changes do not affect projects that have already started under a signed proposal.
